Digital Products
Our designs are digital files intended for use with compatible cutting, engraving, CNC, and crafting software and equipment.
Depending on the product, files may include formats such as:
- SVG
- DXF
- PDF
- PNG
- Other file formats specifically listed in the product description
Please review the product description carefully before purchasing to confirm that the included file formats are compatible with your equipment and software.
Instant Downloads
Digital files are delivered electronically after your purchase.
Once your order is successfully completed, you will receive instructions for accessing your digital files. There is no physical product or shipment associated with digital purchases.
Please check your email, including your spam or junk folder, if you do not immediately see your download information.
Refunds & Returns
Because digital products are delivered electronically and can be accessed immediately, all digital sales are final and non-refundable once the files have been downloaded or accessed.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for downloaded digital files.
However, we want you to have a good experience. If you experience a problem with your download, receive an incorrect file, or believe a file is defective, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Refund and return restrictions should be clearly disclosed before purchase; this is especially important for an “all sales final” digital-product policy.
File Compatibility
Jake Rose Designs is not responsible for compatibility issues caused by:
- Unsupported software
- Outdated software
- Incorrect software settings
- Incompatible cutting or engraving machines
- Incorrect file setup or user error
Before purchasing, please make sure your machine and software support the file formats listed on the product page.
Personal & Commercial Use
Unless otherwise stated on the individual product listing, your purchase grants you a license to use the design, but does not transfer ownership or copyright of the design.
You may use our designs to create finished physical products for yourself or for sale.
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, share, or give away the original digital files
- Upload our files to file-sharing websites or marketplaces
- Claim our designs as your own
- Sell or distribute the digital files individually or as part of another digital product
- Modify and resell the digital file itself
The purchase of a digital file does not give you permission to redistribute the digital file.
Design Ownership
All designs, artwork, graphics, digital files, and original content created by Jake Rose Designs remain the intellectual property of Jake Rose Designs unless otherwise stated.
Purchasing a digital file does not transfer copyright or ownership of the original artwork.

If you have trouble accessing your files, please contact us with your order information and a description of the issue.
